About The Animal Clinic
Independent Vet finding
Why this practice is verified independent
DNA Vetcare states that it is independently owned, has no private-equity or venture-capital backing, and has grown through reinvestment rather than outside equity. The detailed shareholder return shows founding veterinarians holding 80% of shares and voting rights. Later filings reviewed reported no ownership update; this is not a live cap-table audit. Companies House identifies veterinarians Samuel Dane Walker and Alan Grant Van Heerden as DNA Vetcare’s active persons with significant control. The current The Animal Clinic site corroborates the exact clinical branch reviewed as part of DNA Vetcare.
